My trip to Punta Cana
I will definitey be using this agency for my next getaway!
Wayne and Lorraine took out the confusion and made it so easy for me to enjoy myself at Breathless Resort. I told them what I wanted and they delivered a great, much needed break.
He even assisted with directing me to the best parking area, near Newark airport, relieving me of that headache.
The room at the hotel was in the Exhale club and was conveniently situated close to the beach as well as the winding swimming pools. There was a semi private jacuzzi tub on the patio which I enjoyed too.
Being a swimming fanatic, the ocean is always the main attraction for me. In this case, the water was quite shallow for the most part. The lifeguards don’t allow swimmers too far from shore, so with each stroke, I was touching the sometimes rocky bottom.
The beach was always clean and well attendended with security personnel and there were yoga and other exercise classes held daily.
The food : I ate enough for ten people at every meal! There was a huge selction of choices, and I had to sample everything, at least once. Each restauant was fast, efficent and delicious. There were no instances of Montezuma’s revenge.
My favorite was the coffee shop, and there was one open around the clock.
They make some pretty good cappucino.
I took two excursions. One was right next door to the hotel, The waterpark with slides and a beautiful rooftop jacuzzi. I had it all to myself as I got there as soon as it opened. It is within walking distance.
The second trip I took was to Isla Saona which involved a Sprinter van with other occupants joining along the route to a boat which took us to the island.
I noticed that great care was taken by drivers and other attendants wherever I went being a single female traveling alone.
People at the resort were attentive and accomodating throughout my stay and I would definitely recommend this resort and this agency.
They deserve the five stars and all of them gold for making my vacation easy, and enjoyable!
